CaSure Powder

CaSure Powder is a finely milled, high-purity calcium carbonate designed for poultry feeds where smaller birds require easily digestible calcium. With ~38% elemental calcium and low impurities, it blends seamlessly into mash and pellet rations. Controlled fine particle size promotes even distribution, consistent calcium intake, and optimal eggshell and bone development across all stages of production. Custom blends and particle sizes are available upon request.

Benefits

CaSure Powder offers a range of nutritional and practical benefits for poultry feeding. The product supports skeletal growth and eggshell development in layers while maintaining consistent calcium intake throughout the flock.

  • Fine powder blends easily
  • Supports strong skeletal growth
  • Consistent calcium for layers
  • Ideal for starter rations
  • Low iron enhances bioavailability
  • Suitable for mash pellets

These benefits make CaSure Powder an effective and reliable calcium source that contributes to healthier flocks and improved production performance at all stages.

Uses

CaSure Powder is suitable for a wide range of poultry feed applications where finely milled calcium is required for optimal absorption. It is particularly useful in starter rations for young birds, ensuring early bone development and laying a strong foundation for future production. The fine powder also integrates well into mash and pellet feeds, helping maintain even mineral distribution and consistent calcium intake.

Primary uses include

  • Mash and pellet rations for layers and breeders
  • Starter rations for young birds
  • Diets requiring consistent calcium supplementation
  • Feed formulations needing uniform particle size
  • Custom blends with controlled mineral delivery
  • Poultry diets designed for optimal skeletal and eggshell development

These uses demonstrate the versatility of CaSure Powder as a dependable mineral ingredient for maintaining flock health and supporting production efficiency.

Production

CaSure Powder is produced under strict quality controls to ensure chemical purity and uniform particle size. The material contains at least 95 percent calcium carbonate with approximately 38 percent elemental calcium. Magnesium oxide content is maintained at 1 percent or below and iron oxide does not exceed 0.5 percent. Moisture is limited to 0.5 percent, providing stability and ease of handling during storage and feed production.

FAQs

Can CaSure Powder be mixed with grit and do you offer pre-mixed options?
Yes. CaSure Powder blends easily with coarse grit to create tailored calcium profiles for different poultry age groups. We can also supply pre-mixed products prepared to your specified mixing ratios and particle size requirements for consistent nutrient delivery.
Is CaSure Powder suitable for all poultry?
Absolutely. It is ideal for layers, broilers, breeders and starter feeds, supporting bone strength, eggshell formation and uniform calcium intake across all production stages.
How is product quality assured?
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing for chemical purity, particle size distribution, moisture and consistency to meet strict poultry feed-grade standards and ensure reliable performance.
